ELECTRONICS:
Electronics is the subject that
deals with the motion of electrons in vacuum or in solids under the influence
of electronic, magnetic or combined electric and magnetic fields to achieve
rectification, amplification, oscillation, modulation, demodulation and
control. The most fundamental components are Active and passive elements. These
are necessary to construct any electronic circuit. Resistors, Inductors and
Capacitors come under passive elements on the other end sources, diode,
transistors are active ones. Diode is the most primary component of Electronics.
Nowadays Electronics is multidisciplinary area which serves many applications.
Hence the world is of Electronics and the time is Electronics era.
I hope in future we may get another area called Photonics.
Where the fundamental particle is photon instead of electron.
I vote in future it makes many changes in the world.
